Here’s what you need to know to qualify for a smooth exchange
Aluminum Only:
Your tank must be made of aluminum. We do not accept steel tanks for exchange.
Good Condition:
The tank being traded in must be free of major damage, rust, or corrosion.
Intact Valve: The valve must be fully intact and free from rust.
Current Hydro Test Date:
Your tank must have been hydro-tested within the last 4 years and 10 months.
How to check?
Look for a stamp on the tank similar to "8 A 23". This indicates the last test date was August 2023. As long as that date is within the last 4 years and 10 months, you're good to go!
